Commercial Bridge Loans
AEP offers flexible bridge loans for real estate owners who don’t want to get locked into a long term, conventional mortgage. With the current uncertainty in the market, AEP’s 1 year bridge loan allows our clients to get from where they are to where they need to go. We do not charge any prepayment penalties, which gives you the flexibility to finance your short term needs.
Construction Loans
AEP offers construction loans for experienced construction investors. These types of loans provide quick access to financing that conventional banks can’t or often won’t provide in the timeliness needed. Being able to obtain financing quickly is often the difference between winning and losing a deal. The Principals have over 30 years of experience developing their own properties, which provides unique insight into our borrower’s needs.
Income Producing Property Loans
AEP offers short term loans for income producing properties. This can include, but is not limited to multifamily rentals, single family rentals, office, retail, and industrial space. Having been real estate investors ourselves, AEP understands how difficult it can be to deal with traditional commercial banks. We know the local markets, provide quick answers, and look at each loan request creatively and with our customer’s best interests in mind.
