Managing Director

Scott Adams is the Managing Director of Adams Equity Partners, LLC, a commercial lending and real estate investment firm he founded in 2013. Scott is a graduate of Brooks School and Denison University, where he honed his skills in finance and business management.

After completing his education, he spent over 10 years in traditional commercial lending at Bank of New England and Shawmut Bank. During this time, he received formal credit training and progressed from credit analyst to senior analyst to loan officer. Ultimately, he became Vice President of commercial and industrial lending.

In 1996, Mr. Adams ventured into real estate investing and founded multiple successful real estate investment companies, including Flagship Fuels, Condor Capital, and Terra Matrix. He purchased, built, and operated 28 gas stations throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. He successfully sold these companies and their properties in 2002.

Mr. Adams is also the President of Northborough Holdings, Inc, a highly successful commercial lending, note purchasing, and real estate holding company he helped established in 1996. This entity is winding down so that Mr. Adams can focus his efforts on Adams Equity Partners, LLC.

Mr. Adams’ extensive knowledge in tax analysis, credit evaluation, accounting, and real estate investing has made him a highly respected figure in the lending industry. His passion for helping other investors succeed and his commitment to providing a powerful alternative to conventional commercial lending has helped foster a win-win relationship for he and his customers.
